We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join the growing Handel360 team on the Gold Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships and getting out and about — but doesn’t necessarily have years of sales experience behind them.

Experience is outstanding, but attitude is more important to us.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, approachable, willing to learn and excited about building a career with a growing Australian business.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our Business Development team, you'll help grow our presence across the Gold Coast by:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

- Introducing businesses to Handel360 and our waste solutions

- Identifying new sales and partnership opportunities

- Getting out on the road and meeting customers face-to-face





- Following up enquiries and potential opportunities

- Supporting customers as they begin using our services and platform

- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information

- Working closely with our wider team to deliver a great customer experience

- Representing Handel360 professionally within the local business community

Who we're looking for

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson.

This role could suit someone looking to take their first real step into sales or business development .

You may currently be working in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, trades or another people-focused role and be ready for something new.

We'd love to hear from you if you're:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people

- Friendly, professional and naturally good at building relationships

- Motivated and willing to learn

- Comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations

- Organised and able to manage your own day

- Positive, proactive and willing to have a go

- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team

- Interested in developing a long-term career in sales and business development





A current driver's licence is required as the position involves visiting customers and businesses across the Gold Coast.
