About the role

We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Production Worker to join our Epoxy Resin Manufacturing team in Molendinar.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving blending, filling, packing and labelling a range of epoxy resin products.

You'll work as part of a small, experienced team in a busy production environment, with full training provided on our machinery and manufacturing processes.

Skills & Experience

While we’re happy to provide training to someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’re also looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience in manufacturing, production, packing,



warehousing or a similar hands-on environment (experience with blending, weighing, filling or packing products by weight would be an advantage, but isn't essential)

- Is organised and pays good attention to detail

- Can follow product instructions and accurately complete basic production paperwork

- Takes pride in working cleanly and safely

- Is comfortable with hands-on and physical work

- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a small team

- Can stay focused and work to production schedules

- Forklift experience is also an advantage
