About the Role
Our client is a highly regarded Adelaide builder delivering premium extensions, heritage restorations, architectural renovations and custom homes across Adelaide's Eastern Suburbs, City Fringe and Adelaide Hills.

This permanent full-time apprenticeship suits a genuine, hands-on Carpentry Apprentice who's serious about learning the trade properly, from an experienced team that does things right.

Working alongside qualified tradespeople across the client's sites, you'll build your skills on builds valued between $750,000 and $2 million, learning the standards and techniques that go into premium residential work.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting qualified carpenters with 1st and 2nd fix carpentry across premium residential builds
• Learning cladding installation and other core carpentry skills on the job
• Developing your ability to read and interpret building plans, under guidance
• Attending your RTO training as required under your Training Plan
• Keeping your work area safe, tidy and compliant with site safety procedures
• Following instructions and taking direction from your supervisor and the wider site team

RequirementsThe successful candidate will have:




• A current Training Contract with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), working towards your Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC30220) — proof required
• A valid White Card, or be willing to obtain one before starting on site
• Basic plan-reading ability, or be actively developing this through your training
• A genuine interest in carpentry as a long-term career, not just a trade to fall into
• Reliability and punctuality: you turn up every day, ready to work
• A coachable attitude and willingness to take direction, so good habits stick early
• Sound communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Your own reliable transport to get to and from site
