Are you an accomplished finance professional looking to combine your technical expertise with commercial influence in a dynamic hospitality environment?

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading resort operation and play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, strengthening governance and supporting operational success.

As a key member of the Group Finance team, you’ll lead the local finance function, partner closely with operational leaders and provide the financial insight needed to support informed commercial decision-making.

THE ROLE

This is much more than a traditional accounting position. You’ll be a trusted finance partner to the business, combining strong financial governance with commercial analysis, team leadership and continuous improvement.

- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial governance.
- Partner with resort operational teams to provide commercial advice, financial insight and recommendations that positively influence business outcomes.
- Analyse operational and financial performance to identify trends, productivity opportunities, efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and contribute to annual budgets, rolling forecasts and financial planning.
- Provide clear and meaningful financial reporting to assist management with strategic and operational decision-making.
- Driving continuous improvement across finance processes,



systems and workflows.
- Building solid relationships across finance, operations and senior management.
- Lead the finance team, setting clear expectations and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen capability and support their professional growth.
- Manage the day-to-day performance, workflow and priorities of the finance team.

THE MUST HAVES

- CA or CPA qualification.
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or comparable senior finance position.
- Hospitality, hotels or resorts experience highly regarded.
- Strong financial accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting expertise.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of how finance can support operational performance and business growth.
- Proven experience leading, managing and developing a finance team.
- Confidence partnering with operational leaders and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Exceptional communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- High standards of accuracy,



integrity and financial governance.
- A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding internal customer service.
