About Us

We are a growing and innovative social enterprise supporting around 10,000 South Australians each year through housing and community services. Seeking opportunities to build positive pathways and connected thriving communities, we are one of the few South Australian organisations offering an integrated model of housing and support. Together, we are committed to effecting long-term positive change for those we work with and the communities we work in.

Together, we are improving lives and building solid, resilient, and connected communities.

The Opportunity:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping people navigate solutions to everyday challenges? We're looking for a customer-focused Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services team and play a vital role in supporting tenants and stakeholders across our housing portfolio.

You'll assess maintenance requests, coordinate repairs, manage customer expectations, and ensure maintenance outcomes are delivered efficiently and effectively.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you'll combine strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and attention to detail to ensure tenants feel heard, supported and informed throughout the maintenance process. From responding to enquiries and raising work orders to liaising with contractors and maintaining accurate records, you'll help create positive customer experiences while supporting safe and well-maintained homes.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, juggling competing priorities and delivering high-quality service to a diverse community. If you're organised, resilient and enjoy helping people find solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
