Job Duties/Essential Functions

- Loading and unloading of trailers/trucks
- Unload containers and use a clamp to break down the pallets
- RF Scanning
- Wrapping and unwrapping the pallets
- Operating an electric pallet jack to move pallets of received and sorted merchandise to shipping lanes or to other areas of the depot
- General upkeep of depot and grounds
- Other duties as directed
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Must have warehouse experience and be physically fit
- Chiller/Cold storage distribution experience is an advantage. Chiller/Freezer temperature work required (between 5 – 18 degrees)
- Must be versatile and keen to work in both Ambient & Chiller DRY & WET and in different departments as per business needs

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment, or machinery

- Forklift, EPJ, Computer, printer,



phone, calculator, handheld two-way radio.

Non-Essential functions

- Assists in other departments where necessary.

Qualifications (Costco-specific or industry-specific skills that candidates should possess):

- Education/Training: Higher School Certificate preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Must have a Forklift Licence
- Knowledge/Skills: Basic Computer Skills

Other specific requirements:

The successful candidate must undergo a criminal record check as the depot is an approved Biosecurity premise

The successful candidate must undergo a drug and alcohol screening
