Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Structural Boilermaker Supervisor to join our growing team on a casual basis.
This is a FIFO opportunity from Perth, with candidates from across Australia encouraged to apply.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced supervisor with a strong trade background and proven experience across structural steel, mechanical, boilermaking and welding (BMW) disciplines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating BMW activities across fabrication, installation, maintenance and construction works, ensuring all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, to the required quality standards, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate people, resources and subcontractors while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate Structural BMW activities across fabrication, installation, maintenance, and construction projects.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet project schedules and deliverables.
- Conduct quality inspections and verify completed works meet client and project requirements.
- Ensure all activities are undertaken in accordance with site safety systems, permits, risk assessments, and company procedures.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, to ensure effective project execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
Essential Requirements:
- Recognized trade qualification in Boilermaking, Metal Fabrication.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Structural BMW Supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience supervising structural steel, mechanical, Boilermaking, and welding works.
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Thorough understanding of quality assurance, inspection requirements, and construction standards.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
- Current S26 qualification
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Provide a National Police Clearance within 12 months or willing to obtain
- Contactable work references within the last 12 months
