About your new company

Join a growing legal services provider and work across a diverse range of commercial, property and construction disputes. Due to continued growth, this firm has an opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer or Solicitor to join the team in the Sydney CBD office.

Your new role

You will manage matters from initial advice through to resolution, working closely with clients, counsel and senior lawyers.

Key Responsibilities include;

- Manage commercial, property and construction litigation matters.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence and court documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advice for clients.
- Attend mediations, negotiations and court proceedings.
- Liaise with clients, barristers, experts and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing litigation strategies and resolving disputes efficiently.

About You

- Admitted lawyer with a current practising certificate or in the process of
- Previous experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong drafting,



analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Confident managing client relationships and stakeholder communication.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.
- Commercially minded and eager to grow your career within a collaborative boutique firm.
