ABOUT YOU

- Current Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
- Strata management experience
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Confidence dealing with owners, committees and contractors
- Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
- A professional and customer-focused approach
