About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing property management team and take ownership of the Landlord Services function.

This is a great opportunity for a Property Manager who enjoys building strong landlord relationships, providing exceptional customer service and working within a supportive, team-focused environment.

The Role

- Manage and maintain solid relationships with landlords
- Provide high-level customer service and regular communication
- Handle landlord enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and regulations
- Work closely with the Tenant Services and Maintenance teams
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
- NO routine property inspections

About You

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Minimum Certificate of Registration (COR) – Class 2 Licence preferred for senior-level candidates
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent understanding of NSW property legislation and regulations
- Customer service focused with a genuine people-first approach
- Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A great team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Bilingual English/Chinese skills are preferred, but NOT essential
- NSW Driver Licence
