We are exclusively hiring for this opportunity on behalf of a highly respected boutique strata management business with over 20 years’ experience across residential, commercial and community schemes. Due to continued growth and strong relationships within the development sector, they are seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join their high-performing team.

Your portfolio will be tailored to your experience, with an experienced assistant supporting you. Whether your background is in residential, commercial or mixed-use schemes, the business will shape the portfolio around your strengths.

What’s on Offer?

- $120,000 – $140,000 + Super
- 50% Schedule B's - potential of extra $48,000 – $100,000+ annually
- Total earning potential circa $250,000 OTE

About the Role:
You will manage a tailored portfolio of strata schemes while building strong relationships with owners, committees and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio aligned to your experience
- Building strong relationships with owners and committees
- Providing expert advice on strata legislation and compliance
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and capital works
- Managing budgets, levies and financial reporting
- Preparing agendas, minutes and meeting documentation
- Chairing meetings and supporting decision-making
- Managing disputes and contract administration
- Conducting regular site inspections and follow-ups
- Delivering responsive, high-quality client service

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Previous strata management experience
- A current Strata Management Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence managing committees and owners
