Job Description listed below, but not limited to:
- Hands on with Windows OS
- Address user issues with hardware, software and network
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool
- Able to build new windows OS/images on Laptops or desktops
- Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
- Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Customer oriented attitude
- Good communication skills, work with wider teams.
- Has knowledge on meeting room/Audio-Video
- Working knowledge of MS-Office 365 suites/applications.
- Network switch patching connection
