Goals A+N is a national commercial relocation and logistics company providing workplace relocations, warehousing, distribution, asset management and associated services to corporate and government clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Brisbane team and assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of commercial relocation and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate commercial relocation and logistics projects from planning through to completion.
2. Prepare project schedules, resource plans and operational documentation.
3. Coordinate labour, vehicles, equipment, subcontractors and other project resources.
4. Liaise with clients, suppliers, project managers and internal operations teams.
5. Attend client meetings and project sites as required.
6. Assist with site surveys and development of project plans.
7. Monitor project timelines, costs and deliverables.
8. Coordinate furniture, equipment and asset movements between client sites and warehouses.
9. Maintain accurate project records, schedules and client documentation.
10. Identify and resolve operational issues during project delivery.
11. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company quality, safety and client requirements.
12. Assist with project completion,



reporting and post-project reviews.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

1. Relevant qualification in project management, business, logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
2. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in project coordination, logistics, commercial relocations, construction, facilities or a related industry.
3. Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
4. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities.
5. Robust communication and client relationship skills.
6. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
7. Ability to work effectively with operational teams, contractors and clients.
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

This is a full-time, ongoing position based in Brisbane, with travel to client sites as required.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
