- Participate in appropriate family and community support programs, including collaboration with Early Intervention, NDIS and other professionals.
- Supervise and support student teachers completing professional placements when required.

- Follow the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standard, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, child-protection requirements and centre policies.

To be considered, you will need:
- A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or another early childhood teaching qualification approved or recognised as equivalent by ACECQA.
- Current NESA teacher accreditation, or the ability to obtain accreditation before commencing employment.
- A current NSW Working with Children Check for paid employment.
- Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and emergency asthma-management qualifications, or the ability to obtain them before commencing.
- At least 1-2 year of relevant full-time experience in a preschool or centre-based early childhood setting.
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, document and evaluate play-based educational programs.
- Strong observation, assessment and record-keeping skills.
- Clear and respectful communication skills when working with children, families, educators and external professionals.
- A genuine commitment to child safety, inclusion, reconciliation, cultural responsiveness and respectful practice.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Experience supporting children with additional needs or working with Early Intervention or NDIS services will be highly regarded.
What we offer
- A secure, full-time permanent position.
- A salary of $80,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
- A supportive, inclusive and community-focused workplace.
- The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to children’s learning, wellbeing and development.
