About our role:

We’re seeking a talented Mining Engineer to join our operations out at Mt Holland with Covalent Lithium . Reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer , you’ll play a key role in supporting the engineering and technical services team, as well as the broader mining project team.

This position involves delivering expertise across detailed design, planning, production, development, reporting, and technical support to ensure operational excellence. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Your focus in this role:

- Oversee all engineering activities, including mine planning, design, and scheduling.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the site.
- Assist in managing and verifying survey data on-site.
- Support progress claim audits and assist with project forecast preparation.
- Produce drill and blast designs, alignment to practical drill and blast practices in the field, and collection, verification and post blast reporting.
- Understand and incorporate geotechnical aspects of open pit operations.

What You’ll Bring:

- Hold a tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering or in related engineering field.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Proficiency in mine planning software. (e.g., Surpac, Deswik)
- Experience across mining operations in both planning and production environments.
- Experience in production scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
