About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst who will play a critical role in driving strategic financial decisions by providing insightful analysis, forecasting, and reporting. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

- Analyse financial data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making

- Ownership, management and maintenance of APAC-wide BI datasets

- Revenue and Financial reporting and forecasting

- Identify and analyse performance drivers across revenue and costs to provide insights to performance

- Cost management and reporting across APAC countries, divisions and cost centres. Work with cross-functional budget holders to manage and understand spend.

- Monitor production key performance indicators (KPIs), provide variance analysis and highlight risks and opportunities.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes across APAC countries, divisions and cost centres

- Support cost-benefit analysis for new initiatives and investments

- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting
