Sous chef or Chef de Partie wanted FOOD MIGRANT PTY LTD is looking for a qualified Chef to join our restaurant based in Margaret River WA. Position: chef

Job type: Full time Working Tuesday to Saturday from mid day until end of dinner service. Skills required:

Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, Certificate IV or at least three years of relevant experience is required. Responsibilities; Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and adequate kitchen preparation.

Collaborate with the kitchen team, with instruction from the head chef to deliver the menu to the expected high standard,



incorporating seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients Ensure strict adherence to food safety and health regulations Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work workplace.
