About the role

This is a broad Business Category Manager position combining brand management, vendor relationships, marketing, inventory planning and commercial performance.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of brands, working with international suppliers and internal sales and marketing teams to drive brand performance, manage product lifecycle and deliver successful campaigns, launches and customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities include

- Develop and execute brand and category strategies
- Manage key vendor relationships and brand performance
- Forecast purchasing requirements and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Coordinate campaigns, launches, events and brand activations
- Work closely with sales and marketing to maintain consistent brand positioning
- Analyse customer insights,



market trends and competitor activity
- Track campaign performance, customer engagement and GP targets
- Manage projects, suppliers, timelines and product compliance requirements

Requirements for this role

- 5+ years' experience across brand management, marketing or vendor management
- Experience within Hi-Fi, Audio Visual or consumer electronics highly regarded
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and category management
- Experience with purchasing, forecasting and inventory control
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Proven project and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to manage multiple brands, projects and priorities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
