About the role

Ultra Tune Bibra Lake is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager / Workshop Foreman to take the lead at our established Bibra Lake service centre.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to run a busy automotive workshop. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, leading the team, managing workflow, supporting customers and ensuring jobs move through the workshop efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Leading with autonomy and trust

- Providing quality customer service and account management

- Taking ownership of the day-to-day operation of the workshop

- Managing workflow, job allocation and workshop scheduling

- Diagnosing, servicing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles

- Leading, supporting and coordinating a small team of technicians and apprentices

- Setting expectations and maintaining high standards across the team

- Monitoring productivity, efficiency and job turnaround

- Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex diagnostics when required

- Ensuring servicing and repairs are completed correctly and efficiently

About you





- Previous workshop management, foreman, controller or supervisory experience

- A demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate an automotive workshop team

- Qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician

- Strong post-trade automotive experience

- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding knowledge

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload

- Confidence dealing with customers, technicians, apprentices and suppliers

- Commercial awareness and an understanding of workshop productivity

- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problems

- Current manual driver's licence
