Your new role In this exciting new role, you will be: Leading and developing a team of infrastructure specialists across cloud, server, storage and network technologies.

Providing strategic oversight of enterprise infrastructure services spanning on-premises and cloud environments. Driving operational excellence across platform availability, incident management, resilience and service continuity. Building strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and technology partners to support strategic outcomes.

Ensuring infrastructure services align with organisation objectives, performance expectations and future growth plans. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in your application, you will need:

Extensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure or platform teams within large-scale environments.



Strong technical knowledge across VMware, Windows Server, storage, backup, networking, and Azure technologies. Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, influence, and manage highly technical teams.

Demonstrated experience overseeing infrastructure operations, availability, resilience, and service delivery outcomes. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences. Experience within operational technology (OT) or critical infrastructure environments will be highly regarded.
