Apprentice Electrician – Solar & Battery

About the Role

We’re looking for a solid young operator who’s keen to build a proper career in solar and battery — not just tick off an apprenticeship.

At Tru Blu Solar Co, you’ll be on the tools from day one, working alongside experienced electricians on high-quality residential and commercial installs. You’ll learn the right way to do things — clean work, safe work, and systems that actually last.

This isn’t a “stand around and watch” apprenticeship. You’ll be hands-on, pushed to improve, and backed by a team that cares about doing the job properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Working alongside qualified electricians on solar and battery installs

- Assisting with system installs, maintenance, and fault finding

- Learning how to read and understand electrical diagrams and system layouts

- Getting real experience in wiring, testing, and commissioning systems

- Keeping sites clean, organised, and up to Tru Blu standards

- Following strict safety and quality processes on every job

- Continuously developing your skills on and off the tools
