Melbourne CBD | Initial 3-Month Contract | $45-$50 per hour + Super Your new company A prestigious international organisation within the construction sector is seeking an experienced Graduate Recruitment Advisor to support the delivery of a high-volume graduate recruitment program. Your new role Working as part of a busy talent acquisition function, you will manage key stages of the graduate recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple activities simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll need to succeed In this role, you will support a large-scale graduate recruitment campaign, managing candidate screening, interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, candidate communications, onboarding activities and recruitment administration to ensure a seamless experience from application through to commencement. Graduate recruitment experience is essential, while exposure to construction,



infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing or other blue-collar environments will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities:

- Previous experience supporting graduate recruitment programs
- Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, mining, logistics or another blue-collar industry will be highly regarded
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of applicants and competing priorities
- Professional communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Availability to work predominantly on-site in Melbourne CBD
