Work Environment Work-Life balance Employee Discount on Meals Training and Development Opportunities Task & responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes with consistency and flair Monitor food standards, quality, and presentation, particularly in Indian dishes. Work closely with management to help curate seasonal and innovative menus Adapt menus and recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and special requests Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen environment in line with OH&S; guidelines.

Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet restaurant standards Manage inventory, stock,



and order supplies to ensure smooth daily operations Train and support kitchen staff, promoting a harmonious team workplace Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure kitchen cleanliness Qualification & experience Certificate III level qualification in Hospitality/Kitchen Management (Certificate IV and Diploma will be highly regarded) At least one year experience in a similar role Extensive experience in the fast-paced kitchen environment Strong Culinary skills with knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques Excellent time management and organisational skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and OH&S.; About Company At Royal Infusion Pty Ltd T/A Infusion Curries, Bar and Restaurant, we celebrate diverse flavours, quality food and warm hospitality.
