VT Park Pty Ltd Full time position 38 hours per week Whyalla Playford, SA, 5600 $69,000-$75,000 + Superannuation VT PARK PTY LTD provides a range of dental services including Preventive Dental Care, Major Dental Care and Cosmetic Dental Care and caters to both adults and children. We are seeking dedicated, experienced and reliable Dental Assistants to assist our Dental Practitioners in providing care and treatment to our patients. Responsibilities include: Greet and receive patients and help the feel comfortable at the practice Carry out reception duties including taking appointments and payments.

Coordinate with patients in assisting them with complying with prescribed treatment plans. Assist dental practitioners, hygienists and therapists during a variety of treatment procedures. Prepare for dental surgery and arrange instruments and medication.

Ensure proper standards of infection control are maintained in line with our procedures. Process instruments after use and sterilize them to prevent infection update patient records electronically Handle and Prepare dental materials used in treatments Organize, handle and transfer instruments during dental procedures. Expose, process and catalogue radiographs (X-rays).

Photograph exterior and interior oral structures. The job will be full time, Tuesday to Saturday except Monday.



Successful applicants should have the following: Qualifications: Preferably hold a Certificate II, Certificate III or higher qualification in a relevant field.

Must have at the minimum 3 year relevant experience. Skills: have excellent communication skills. enjoy interacting with other people be organized and an efficient worker be meticulous and pay excellent attention to detail.
