About the role

We are looking for passionate Scrub, Scout or Endoscopy Nurses who are eager to be part of a dynamic team where excellence meets innovation.

As our hospital continues to grow and our procedure lists become busier, we are expanding our team and seeking dedicated professionals who want to be part of an exciting journey from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

- Perform as a scrub, circulating, or anaesthetic nurse depending on theatre assignment

- Maintain a sterile field, ensuring correct surgical instruments and equipment are available

- Assist the surgical and anaesthetic teams throughout the surgical procedure

- Record all perioperative data, including patient status and surgical details

- Monitor patient vitals and provide support during surgery

About you

- A current and valid Registration with AHPRA

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, in a surgical or perioperative setting

- Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of nursing principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families,



and the healthcare team

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- High attention to detail and the ability to ensure patient safety at all stages of the surgical process

- Proficient in using relevant medical technology and electronic health record systems

- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
