Pezzano Enterprises is looking for a reliable, honest, experienced and efficient full-time butcher to join our night-shift team.

We need someone who knows the trade, works at a good pace and takes pride in producing quality work.

HOURS

Sunday to Thursday: 8:00pm – 4:00am

Friday & Saturday: OFF

? PAY

$50 PER HOUR + SUPER

YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN:

Cutting, boning, trimming and portioning meat

Bandsaw operation

Sausage making

Burger/patty production

Knife work and general butcher preparation

Portion control and accurate order preparation

Maintaining excellent hygiene and food-safety standards

All general butcher duties

Able to work independently

Strong attention to quality and consistency

Comfortable working in a busy production environment

Good team attitude
