Benefits Full-time salaried role, 38 hours per week (5 days / week) Annual salary: $71,500 + superannuation Task & responsibilities Your responsibilities: Set up and prepare dining areas, ensuring tables, service stations and bar areas are organised and ready for service.

Welcome guests, confirm reservations and provide menus while explaining food and beverage options. Recommend beverages and menu options based on customer preferences to enhance the dining experience. Respond to customer enquiries and requests while ensuring guest satisfaction and following workplace safety and hygiene standards.

Take customer orders, recommend menu items and daily specials, and communicate requests or dietary requirements to kitchen and bar staff. Provide food and beverage service, including preparing drinks, opening bottles and maintaining high service standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar areas, glassware and service equipment throughout operations.





Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring areas are prepared for the next service. Process customer payments, operate point-of-sale systems and handle transactions accurately. Qualification & experience AQF Certificate II or III in Hospitality.

At least one year of full-time highly relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications. At least 1 year of full time work experience as a Waiter in the last 5 years, undertaken in Australia. If the applicant has not undertaken the 1-year work experience in Australia, they must have 2 years of work experience.
