Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual Sales Assistant – Sydney & Melbourne

Freya Pearls is looking for friendly, reliable and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our Sydney and Melbourne stores across Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual positions.

We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a genuine interest in jewellery and take pride in creating a thoughtful and welcoming in-store experience.

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

- Assist customers with product selection and provide warm, attentive service

- Support day-to-day sales and transactions

- Build product knowledge across our pearl jewellery collections

- Help maintain a polished and well-presented store

- Assist with stock organisation and general store operations

- Work closely with the wider store team to deliver a consistent customer experience

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous jewellery, premium retail or customer-facing experience





- Has robust communication and customer service skills

- Is confident, approachable and comfortable assisting with sales

- Has excellent attention to detail

- Is patient, reliable, responsible and hands-on

- Can work independently when required

- Is organised and comfortable assisting with stock and general store duties

Previous jewellery or premium retail experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
