The Role

Home Hunters Group helps everyday Australians get into the property market through house and land packages tailored to first home buyers .

We're looking for a confident, energetic Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for people who have already enquired about buying their first home.

Your job is simple: have great conversations, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments with our Senior Home Specialists.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where quality matters . We're not looking for appointments just to fill a calendar, we want genuine opportunities that convert.

What You'll Do

- Call warm leads only – no cold calling

- Speak with first home buyers about their goals and situation

- Qualify potential buyers and identify genuine opportunities

- Book appointments with our Senior Home Specialists

- Follow up leads and manage your pipeline

- Work towards KPIs and conversion targets





- Bring great positive energy and ideas to improve results

About You

You'll be confident, positive and sharp on the phone with the ability to build rapport quickly.

You'll also have:

- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or a similar role

- Strong communication and objection-handling skills

- A competitive, results-driven mindset

- Outstanding positive energy and resilience

- Strong organisation and follow-up skills

- Appropriate Australian working rights

- Property experience isn't required — full training provided.
