About the Role

We are seeking caring and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our residential aged care team across permanent full-time, permanent part-time and casual arrangements.

You will provide culturally safe, person-centred care that supports residents’ dignity, independence, wellbeing and connection to family, community, Country and culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities

- Support residents’ physical, emotional, social and cultural wellbeing

- Follow care plans and report changes in residents’ needs

- Assist with meals, mobility and maintaining a safe workplace

- Maintain accurate care records

- Work with nurses, families and the broader care team

Skills and Experience

- Cert III or above in Individual Support (Aging) or willing to obtain.

- An understanding of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

- NDIS Yellow card or willing to obtain

- Current Police Check or willing to obtain.

- First Aid and CPR or willing to obtain

- Current Flu Vaccination or willing to obtain
