About the role

This is a wide-ranging position that combines administrative duties with customer service and hospitality, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while also being confident behind the scenes keeping things organised.

Key responsibilities

- Providing warm, professional customer service

- Assisting customers and responding to enquiries

- General administration and data entry

- Answering phones and managing emails

- Processing bookings, orders or customer requests

- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business

- Assisting with hospitality duties as required

- Maintaining a high standard of presentation and organisation

About you

- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers

- Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities





- Professional with excellent communication skills

- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Flexible and willing to assist across both administration and hospitality

- Experience in a bistro, café, restaurant or similar hospitality environment is preferred
