ESTIMATOR

Aluminium Fabrication company is seeking an experienced and motivated Estimator to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our Estimator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and profitability of our projects by preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. This is a full-time position based in our office in Buddina, QLD 4575 .

Key Responsibilities

- Accurate Estimating: Develop accurate cost estimates for glass and metal projects, considering labour, materials, and equipment.

- Tender Preparation: Craft compelling tender documents, including specifications, drawings, and pricing schedules.

- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, overseas subcontractors, engineers to ensure project success.

About You





- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, with a focus on metal fabrication.

- Strong understanding of construction principles, materials, and labour costs

- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
