About The Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play a key role in helping patients find the right eyewear solutions to suit their vision, lifestyle, and personal style.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Assisting patients with frame and lens selectionDelivering exceptional customer service and patient careDeveloping product knowledge and confidently recommending eyewear solutionsSupporting day-to-day practice operationsWorking collaboratively with the team to create outstanding patient experience.

Is passionate about Patient First care and customer serviceHas optical and/or retail experience (preferred)Communicates confidently and professionallyLearns product knowledge quickly and enjoys sharing it with patientsIs enthusiastic, friendly, and a strong team playerIs available to work across Monday to Saturday as required
