We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Inspections Officer to join our experienced and supportive team.

About the Role
As our dedicated Inspections Officer , you will play an important role in supporting our Property Management team and ensuring our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Preparing detailed inspection reports using inspection software
- Taking explicit and accurate property photographs and videos
- Identifying maintenance items and reporting findings to the Property Management team
- Scheduling routine inspections and coordinating appointments
- Conducting Property Condition Reports (PCRs), including detailed written reports and photography (adhoc when required)
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors in a professional manner
- Collecting and returning keys as required
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures
About You

- Outstanding time management and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- A friendly, professional and approachable manner
- Initiative and the ability to think outside the box
- Basic to intermediate computer and smartphone skills
- A current Driver's Licence
- Previous real estate or property management experience (preferred but not essential)
- Property Management Registration (preferred)
