About the Role
- Oversee daily workshop operations and support your team to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and partners
- Track key performance metrics and report on results
- Promote products and services using your industry knowledge
- Maintain a safe, clean and high-quality workshop workplace
- Able to work alternate Saturday mornings
About You
- Passionate about cars with a strong work ethic
- A hands-on leader committed to excellent customer service
- 3-5 years’ experience managing an automotive service centre (preferred)
- Proven sales ability in customer-facing roles
- Trade qualification beneficial but not essential
Additional information
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (terms apply) + Fuel card $4,800 P/A
- Bonus: $14,400 - $31,200 P/A + Super (subject to achievement of KPI targets)
- Total Salary Package $132,900 - $151,744 (subject to KPI achievements)
