Jewells Fresh is a community‑minded green grocer in Jewells NSW. We’re looking for a reliable, mature Retail Assistant with previous work experience to join our team. This role suits someone who is a self‑starter , very comfortable working alone , and able to adapt with a flexible attitude.

Required availability:

- After‑school shifts
- Weekend shifts
- December and January holiday period

Pay rate:
The rate shown is the adult classification under the General Retail Award (MA ) .
Junior employees are paid according to the junior rates in the same award, so the rate will differ.

What we’re looking for:

- Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic
- Self‑starter who can manage tasks independently




- Very comfortable working alone and confident handling responsibilities
- Flexible attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Good communication skills and a mature approach
- Level 3 retail capability (customer service, POS, stock handling)
- Friendly, community‑focused attitude
