Responsibilities

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of electricians, ensuring electrical maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians.
- Plan and oversee daily electrical maintenance activities.
- Complete maintenance activities in accordance with strict safety and quality procedures.
- Lead electrical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Ensure work is completed efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the team.
- Support training, mentoring and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety requirements.





Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous Team Leader or Electrical Supervisor experience.
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent
- NSW Electrical Contractor Licence.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, heavy maintenance, automation or rolling stock environments.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under a rotating shift roster.
- Rail industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.

PayRate: $71.50/hr + Super + Penalties ( Loading when applicable )

Rotating roster – every two weeks:

Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Night Shift: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Pre-Employment Requirements: Following a successful interview, you will be required to complete:

- Category 1 Rail Medical
- Police Check
- Standard pre-employment checks
