Why you’ll enjoy this role
As the Global Study & Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be central to helping students navigate their journey from application to enrolment. You’ll process student applications, manage enrolments, coordinate visa documents, accommodation, travel, health insurance, and program logistics, and liaise with universities, overseas partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also support recruitment activities, marketing initiatives, reporting, and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience in admissions, student support, and process improvement, all within a small, dedicated team.

What we’re looking for
- Experience studying, volunteering, or working overseas, or participation in an international program during a university degree.
- Passion for travel, culture, and education.
- Motivated to work in a small, innovative, relationship-focused organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years’ relevant work experience.
- Competent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and high standards of customer service, ideally in a cross-cultural context.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Highly organised with solid prioritisation, administration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presentation and conduct at all times.
Perks
- Permanent Part-time role – 32 hours per week
- Salary A$70,000 - A$73,000 pa full-time equivalent (pending qualifications and experience) + 12% super
- 4 weeks paid annual leave (full-time equivalent + the days between Christmas and New year as additional paid leave)
- Centrally located Gold Coast office
- Flexible work hours. Work from home opportunities (based on time in role and competence)
