What you'll be doing

- First point of contact for customer walk-ins, inbound calls and email

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery

- Quoting, processing orders and following up to keep customers informed every step of the way

- Working closely with a small,



supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time

We're looking for someone who:

- Takes ownership of every call, email and follow-up — no customer falls through the cracks on your watch

- Willing to learn our products, systems and industry, with a supportive team behind you from day one

- Measure your own success by results — happy customers, orders followed through, and a job done properly
