Full-Time | 4-Day Week | On-Site – Forrestfield

Safescape is seeking a proactive and dedicated Production Team Member to join our small but dynamic production team. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing and dispatch operations - including rotational moulding, production fit-out, order picking / loading and general support to maintain high quality standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Operating within our rotational moulding and production areas

- Assembling and fitting out products to specification

- Picking, packing and loading customer orders for delivery

- Working closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets

- A reliable, self-motivated and hard working individual

- Someone adaptable to changing priorities and production demands

- The capacity to quickly learn new skills and apply them effectively

- A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment

- The ability to maintain a level of fitness to be able to perform in a physically demanding role





- Experience with hand and power tools (preferred)

- Previous experience in a factory or rotational moulding environment is a bonus - but not essential

- Individuals who are able to work early morning and/or late afternoon shifts

- Forklift license is desirable
