Site Administrator
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator with strong Payroll and Timekeeping experience to join our project team.
Reporting to the Contract Package Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the project.
Your organisation, attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced project workplace will be key to keeping our site operations running efficiently.
Entry-Level Opportunity – All-Rounder
We are also looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Administrator / All-Rounder to join the team.

You don't need years of site experience, we're looking for the right attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
You'll gain valuable exposure to industrial project operations while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
This is a project-based role working a 20:8 roster, FIFO out of Perth, WA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll and timekeeping administration
- Maintaining accurate employee and project records
- Co-ordinating site administration and project documentation
- Supporting mobilisation, rosters and workforce requirements
- Assisting with the coordination of project resources
- Providing general administrative support to the site leadership team
- Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system
- Monitor incoming and outgoing freight
- Provide support to the Contract Package Manager and Site Management teams as required
- Perform other operational support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Administration within Construction
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Positive attitude towards safety, training, and the environment
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol assessment
- Current Driver's License
Desirable:
- Previous experience working as a Site Administrator, Payroll & Timekeeping and Mobilisation
