About The Role
ANZ NUTRITION PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Henley Beach, South Australia.
This is a permanent full-time position for a capable hospitality professional who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining efficient restaurant operations, high service standards and a positive dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.Monitor revenue, operational costs and restaurant performance, and assist with budgeting and financial management.Monitor stock levels and arrange the purchasing and pricing of food, beverages and other restaurant supplies.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.Recruit, select, train, supervise and manage restaurant staff.Prepare and coordinate staff rosters to meet operational requirements.Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training, guidance and support to maintain high service standards.Liaise closely with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food service and ensure smooth restaurant operations.Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, cleanliness and customer service.Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
Skills And Experience
To be successful in this role, applicants should have:
Minimum Diploma or higher level of relevant qualification.At least one year of experience as restaurant or cafe manager.Strong leadership, organisational and staff management skills.Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.Good understanding of stock control,
purchasing and cost management.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
