Join the team as an Instructional Designer in Keswick, where you will develop and design valuable learning programs. You will apply contemporary adult learning and development design skills, integrated with digital technologies to create informative and stimulating training curricula. The role involves mentoring and upskilling relevant staff in instructional design concepts through e-learning tools. Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are essential to ignite passionate leaners and educators, as they embark on their child protection journey at DCP.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Workplace Training and Assessor qualification (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Diploma of Training Design and Development) as required by the Australian Qualification Training Framework Standards or post-secondary qualification in Instructional Design.
In this role, you will:
- Enact and design beneficial learning and development programs
- Propose valuable recommendations that heighten learner experiences and outcomes
- Produce e-learning modules that are highly resourceful and engaging
- Train and mentor staff in instructional design practices utilising creative technologies
- Adapt to technological and system changes to embrace new learning resources.

- You possess expert knowledge and experience in instructional design
- You can articulately convey information surrounding e-learning and development tools
- You have exceptional coaching capabilities to guide staff and manage multiple programs simultaneously
- You are a phenomenal written and verbal communicator
