Civmec is delivering major SMPE&I; works for Iluka's Eneabba Rare Earths Refinery, Australia's first fully integrated rare earths processing facility.
We're seeking experienced HSE Advisors to join our growing project team and help drive a strong safety culture across this landmark development.
These long-term opportunities offer 2:1 rosters, providing stability, exposure to a major project, and the prospect to work alongside experienced teams across structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide practical HSE support across SMP and SMPE&I; construction activities
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits and hazard management activities
- Support risk identification and implementation of effective controls
- Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Promote compliance with WHS legislation and Civmec's HSE requirements
- Coach and support supervisors and work crews to foster a proactive safety culture
- Assist with reporting, data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in an HSE Advisor role within construction, mining, SMP or heavy industry




- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
- ICAM, Taproot or equivalent incident investigation training
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and industry best practice
- Experience using HSE management and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a collaborative project team
