Piling Supervisor

Hully Foundations is looking for an experienced Piling Supervisor to join our growing team.

This is a key site leadership role for someone who knows piling, knows how to run a crew, and takes pride in delivering work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Reporting to the Superintendent, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations on site, leading our piling crews and working closely with project management, clients and the wider Hully Foundations team to keep projects moving.

The Role

As Piling Supervisor, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of piling and foundation works across our projects. You will be hands-on in the planning and delivery of works and play an important role in setting the standard for your crew on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising piling crews across day-to-day site operations.

- Coordinating piling and FRP activities, including driven, bored and CFA piling and foundation works.

- Planning daily works, allocating resources and ensuring crews understand the priorities and expectations for the day.

- Working closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with program.

- Acting as a key point of contact on site and building strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders.

- Coordinating plant, equipment, materials, mobilisations and demobilisations.

- Ensuring works meet Hully Foundations' safety, quality and environmental requirements.





- Monitoring progress and identifying issues early to minimise delays or disruption to the project.

- Ensuring plant, equipment and materials are being used effectively and maintained appropriately.

- Providing clear updates on site progress, upcoming requirements and any challenges requiring attention.

- Leading by example and building a strong culture of teamwork, accountability and professionalism within the crew.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with a background in piling, foundations or a relevant area of civil construction who is confident leading crews and managing day-to-day site operations.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous experience working at a Supervisor level within piling, foundations, civil or a similar construction environment.

- Piling experience will be highly regarded, however relevant construction experience with strong transferable skills will also be considered.

- Proven experience leading site crews and coordinating daily works, plant, materials and resources.

- A robust understanding of construction site safety, quality and operational requirements.

- The ability to plan ahead, problem solve and keep works moving when priorities or site conditions change.

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with clients, project teams and site personnel.

- A practical, hands-on leadership style with the ability to get the best out of your crew.

- Relevant construction licences, tickets and qualifications applicable to the role.
