We're on the lookout for Produce Assistants to join our friendly team at Caloundra Fruit Market.

This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with fresh produce, and being part of a team. You'll play an important part in keeping our produce displays fresh, beautifully presented, and well-stocked, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Merchandising, fruit displays

- Maintain high standards of freshness, food safety, and visual presentation

- Provide great customer service

- Work as part of a team to achieve daily goals and maintain a safe, clean workspace

- Physically fit as you will be lifting and moving stock

- team player with good communication skills

- excellent customer service

- Wage paid under the current Retail Award.

- Full 7-day availability required for this casual position.

About You

- Experience working with fresh produce or in a supermarket/grocery environment

- Minimum 2+ years of experience working with fresh produce or in a supermarket/grocery environment required

- Reliable, punctual, and happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

- Great attention to detail and a love of quality fruit and veg

- Friendly, approachable, and well presented

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with good time management skills

- Team player with valuable communication skills

- Permanent Residency only
