Pearla & Co is growing, and we're looking for experienced Duty Managers / Shift Supervisors, Section Waiters and Bar Staff to join our front of house team before summer.

We're hiring for:

- Duty Managers / Shift Supervisors

- Experienced Section Waiters

- Bar Staff / Bartenders

We're a modern seafood restaurant in North Fremantle, built around exceptional produce, thoughtful wine and relaxed, polished service.

Just six months after opening we've been recognised as one of Australia's best new restaurants in Australia, but what we're are most proud of is the team behind it. We work hard, support each other and genuinely care about creating memorable experiences for every guest.

We're also keen to hear from experienced hospitality professionals looking to step into a Duty Manager or Shift Supervisor role as we continue to grow our team.

Duty Managers

As we head into summer, we're looking to grow our leadership team.

If you've got experience leading busy services and enjoy mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll work closely with our Restaurant Manager to help lead the floor, support the team and deliver the warm hospitality Pearla is known for.

You'll be:

- Leading shifts and supporting the front of house team

- Coaching and mentoring junior staff

- Working closely with the kitchen and bar during service

- Helping maintain high service standards and guest experience

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous 2+ years in leadership experience in a quality restaurant

- Approved Manager/Red Card essential

- Leads by example and stays calm under pressure

- Has great food, wine and hospitality knowledge

Section Waiters

You'll take ownership of your own section, build genuine connections with guests and help deliver the warm, polished service Pearla has become known for.

You'll be:

- Running your own section confidently

- Delivering warm, genuine and attentive service

- Guiding guests through our food and wine offering





- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams

- Maintaining high service and presentation standards

- Supporting the wider team during busy services

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 2+ years' experience running a section in a quality restaurant

- Loves food, wine and hospitality

- Communicates well and stays calm under pressure

- Enjoys evenings and weekends

Bar Staff

We're looking for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, works efficiently under pressure and takes pride in producing consistently great cocktails, wine and beverage service.

You'll be:

- Preparing cocktails, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages

- Looking after guests seated at the bar

- Supporting restaurant service with beverage orders

- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar

- Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience working in a quality cocktail or restaurant bar

- Has strong cocktail and wine knowledge (or is keen to learn)

- Works quickly while maintaining attention to detail

- Enjoys interacting with guests

- Is available evenings and weekends

You'll Need

- Australian working rights

- Current RSA

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

- A genuine passion for hospitality
