We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and welcoming Unit Receptionist to join our busy Emergency Department. This permanent part-time role offers up to 36 hours per fortnight and includes night shifts, so flexibility and availability for overnight work are essential.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for patients, families, and clinicians. You will provide a qualified, compassionate, and efficient service while supporting the wider clinical team.
Key Details
Permanent Part-Time: Up to 36 hours per fortnight, rostered across a 24/7 schedule, additional hours also available Shifts across Monday to Sunday, as required
Your Skills And Experience
You will have knowledge of medical terminology and experience in the health industry is a must and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
To succeed you will provide an outstanding level of customer service both face-to-face and via telephone, supporting families during an important and sensitive time in their care journey.
and demonstrate ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
