Commercial Gardener / Grounds Maintenance

Full Time | Bibra Lake, Perth WA | $80,000 – $85,000 + Super

About the Role

We are a growing commercial lawn and garden maintenance business servicing over 150 industrial and commercial properties across Perth. We work with some of Perth's leading commercial property managers and strata companies, and we're proud of the standard we deliver on every site.

We're looking for an experienced, reliable commercial gardener to join our crew full time. This is a Monday to Friday role based out of Bibra Lake. You'll be part of a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in their work and gets things done without being micromanaged.

No residential. No landscaping. Just quality commercial grounds maintenance on well-presented properties.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lawn mowing, edging, and blowing across commercial and industrial sites

- Garden bed maintenance — weeding, edging, pruning, and general upkeep

- Operating ride-on mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers

- Seasonal extras — mulching, fertiliser applications, and reticulation checks

- Working efficiently as part of a crew to hit daily schedules across multiple sites

What We're Looking For





We want someone who shows up on time, takes pride in the finished product, and is the kind of person others enjoy working alongside.

- Minimum 2 years commercial or grounds maintenance experience — this is non-negotiable

- Confident operating ride-on mowers and all standard horticultural equipment

- Valid Australian driver's licence — C class minimum

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions

- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

- Knowledge of Perth plants, lawn types, and reticulation a solid bonus

$75,000 – $85,000 + super, based on experience

Monday to Friday — no weekends, consistent start times
