This isn't cold-calling or pressure selling every enquiry that lands with you is a warm one. You'll be stepping into a business people already love, for what we do and how we do it, and you'll listen, ask the right questions, and confidently ask for the booking when it's the right fit motivated by results but getting there through trust, not pressure.

What You'll Own

- Responding to inbound phone, email, website and referral enquiries with warmth, urgency and professionalism

- Asking the right questions to understand each client's property, timeframe and inspection needs

- Clearly explaining our services, inclusions, pricing and next steps

- Preparing accurate quotes and confidently asking for the booking

- Proactively following up open enquiries and quotes so worthwhile opportunities don't go cold

- Handling common questions and objections in a helpful, commercially aware way

- Keeping contact, quote, deal and follow-up information accurate in HubSpot

- Coordinating reliable client handovers, bookings and service information across the inspection journey





- Assisting with scheduling, inspector allocation, access arrangements and booking changes as business priorities require

- Spotting practical ways to improve the customer experience, sales process and internal workflow

Helpful, but not essential

Experience in property, real estate, construction, building inspections or professional services would be valuable.

Experience using HubSpot, or another CRM or job-management platform would also be helpful, as well as exposure to continuous evolution in best in class technology. More key is your ability to communicate, convert, organise and follow through - we can teach the right person our industry and systems.
